The position of B2C Sales Representative at our company located in Mornant focuses on customer relations, telephone prospecting, customer service, and teamwork. Our company specializes in the sales of blinds, conservatories, and pergolas in the southern Lyon metropolitan area.
As a B2C Salesperson your missions will be as follow:
Customer Relations:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with individual customers.
- Establishing and nurturing positive relationships with B2C clients.
- Understanding customer needs and providing suitable solutions.
- Responding to customer inquiries and professionally resolving any issues.
- Ensuring regular follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Building customer loyalty by offering special deals and promotions.
Telephone Prospecting:
- Making outbound calls to prospect for new customers.
- Presenting company products or services in a persuasive manner.
- Identifying potential customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions.
- Scheduling appointments for sales visits or product demonstrations.
Customer Service:
- Welcoming customers in-store or during commercial events.
- Providing information about products, pricing, and promotions.
- Advising customers in their purchasing decisions.
- Processing sales transactions and ensuring quality after-sales service.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to prospect and sell over the phone.
- Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Hospitality skills and face-to-face sales competence.
- Good proficiency in computer and communication tools.
- Valid driver's license (Type B) and personal vehicle.
